:     4A Medical Steam Integrator is classified as Type 5 according to ISO 11140-1 standard.

:     4A Medical Steam Integrator are cycle verification indicators that confirm the presence or absence of specific time and temperature and saturated steam parameters during a cycle. The products allows the end user to identify incorrect packaging, load problems and sterilization failures.

OPERATION CONDITIONS :

4A Medical Steam Integrators are designed operate at steam cycle 121°C and 134ºC operation conditions. When the Integrator is placed in a sterilizer together with the load and sterilization conditions are met the ink is changing from solid into a liquid which is slowly absorbed by a strip over time. If accepted point is passed then sterilization is successful if it doesn’t pass accepted point then sterilization is not successful.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS : The indicator is temperature, time and saturated steam concentration sensitive.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL : The expired products are not used. It’s kept in the places with room temperature

without humidity and sun lights. It shouldn’t be in contact with liquid. Damaged and defective products are not used. Shelf life is 4 years after prodcution date.

PACKAGING:  Packing contains 250 pieces of integrator. There is 20 pack in one cardboard
